Tuition for all grades for the 2023-2024 school year is $60,985. The tuition management company, BLACKBAUD TUITION MANAGEMENT, handles all billing and payment processing for Beaver. The tuition figure, which includes your enrollment deposit, covers the majority of expenses including books and all software fees, such as foreign language conversation software fees. It does not include tuition refund insurance (0.85% of tuition), a laptop, a $55 Middle School Music and material fee, and a $50 per family Parent Association fee as well as any purchases made at Student Council Pop-Up Shops throughout the year.
There are three payment plan options with BLACKBAUD TUITION MANAGEMENT :
- Single payment (due 05/01/2023)
- Three installments (05/01/23, 07/01/23, and 01/01/24)
- 10 monthly installments (05/23 through 02/24)

Every student’s family may apply for need-based Financial Aid.
- The deadline for prospective families to apply is February 1.
- The deadline for returning families to apply is December 15 (returning families who are new to Financial Aid should notify the Admission Office by December 1).
About 25% of families receive some Financial Aid each year. Beaver does not award merit scholarships.
The Financial Aid process is separate from the Admission Process and the Financial Aid application must be re-submitted every year. Decisions are made by the Financial Aid Committee at Beaver and are based on the reporting system called Clarity
Steps to apply for Financial Aid for the 24-25 school year
➡️ Indicate your interest in applying for Financial Aid on the Application for Admission through Ravenna no later than January 1.
➡️ Complete the online application through Clarity (click here) and request that the report be sent to Beaver by February 1. If separated, divorced, or never married, all parents must complete an application. Be sure to complete all items and provide clear explanations.
Applicant families will be notified if they will receive a Financial Aid grant on March 10, along with their admission decision.
All returning families must apply for Financial Aid every year. Please let the Admission Office know if your financial situation has changed or if you will be applying for aid for the first time by December 1.

Returning families will be notified of their Financial Aid award when they receive their re-enrollment contract for the 2024-2025 school year in February. Awards are conditional upon the receipt of all 2023 tax documents.
Returning families submitting a Financial Aid application for the first time will be notified of the Financial Aid decision in early April.
