Beaver uses Ravenna for our online inquiry and application. If you already have a Ravenna account, simply log in and “Explore” Beaver. If you do not have a Ravenna account, click here to fill out our inquiry form and we’ll send you information about Beaver.

Step 2: Learn more about Beaver

Step 3: Visit

A tour and interview are required parts of the admission process and must be scheduled by December 15, 2025. Tours and interviews are offered from September 29, 2025, until January 31, 2026. Once you have started an application you can schedule your interview through Ravenna.  If all appointments are booked please call the Admission Office at (617) 738-2725.

  • Please schedule your visit as soon as possible.
  • Your application does not need to be completed in order to schedule your interview.
  • Please call the Admission Office to schedule more than one student or if you have any questions.

At least one parent or caregiver should accompany the applicant. The interview includes separate conversations with the applicant and parent(s)/caregiver(s). During the parent/caregiver interview, students will complete a writing sample. These interviews are an opportunity for us to get to know the student/family and for you to get to know more about Beaver. You can expect the visit to take about two hours.

Testing

Applicants for grades 6-12 are required to take either the Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE) or the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT).
