THE BVR STUDENT
Liam Weeks ’29 presented: Completes assignments thoroughly and on time.
I chose completes assignments thoroughly and on time because I think it is important to check your work by proofreading and making sure everything is accurate and relevant to your assignment. To make sure I finish things on time, I like to make a calendar where I put all my assignments and when they are due.

Feed Your Brain Day was last Thursday. Kaden Gould ’31, Sophie Herbstman ’30, and Jasper Ingenthron ’29 shared highlights from the workshops they participated in.
- Kaden participated in the workshops on Bias, Crepe Cooking, Block Party, and Characters, Comics, and Cool. Kaden enjoyed the Block Party because he liked making his piece of the tangram and seeing all the pieces come together. He also talked about cooking and said the crepes were delicious!
- Sophie was part of the Drone Obstacle Course, Block Party, Crepe Cooking, and Pictionary. Sophie said her favorite activity was the Drone Obstacle Course. According to Sophie, driving the drone was the best part.
- Jasper was part of Wellness, Block Party, Uno, and Junkyard Jazz. Jasper shared how much he enjoyed the Junkyard Jazz activity. Jasper appreciated how the workshop started by teaching you some of the history behind jazz music. Next, students were able to experience jazz themselves by making their own instruments. Jasper found it most interesting to think about how an instrument works and the fact that you can make an instrument out of almost anything.
