The Beaver Boys’ Basketball team finished the regular season on a high note by capturing their fifth consecutive EIL Title. Senior guard, Jeff Spellman, scored his 1000th career point on Wednesday vs. Porstmouth Abbey. The team earned the #1 seed in the Class B NEPSAC Tournament and will face Middlesex School this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in a quarterfinal game.

Girls’ Varsity Basketball –

The Girls’ Varsity Basketball team concluded its regular season with a tough loss to class B Lawrence Academy, and a win vs. class B conference opponent Pingree. Wednesday’s game vs. Lawrence was the team’s “Think Pink” and “Play4Kay” day. The team raised awareness to Breast Cancer and benefited the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. The win on Friday vs. Pingree helped to celebrate “Senior Day” and the seniors last regular season home game. A strong team victory sealed the team’s 3rd consecutive EIL Championship. Kudos to Caroline Hill ’14 and Stephanie Soto-Rivera ’14 for helping to add another EIL Championship to their careers.
