Guest policy
We are allowing non-Beaver guests. If you are inviting a guest from outside of Beaver, please make sure you have indicated this on the registration form.

Transportation
Beaver is offering opt-in transportation to and from prom. Please complete this form by Friday, April 21 to reserve your space (and your non-Beaver guest, if applicable). If you plan to take Beaver transportation, you must also return with us to campus. Please do not plan on having your kids drive to the Westin. This is a no-parking event; students must be dropped off by either the provided Beaver transportation or transportation arranged by families.

For those who are signing up for transportation to and from prom, the bus will leave campus at 6 p.m. in order to make it through traffic and arrive at the prom on time. The bus back to Beaver will start loading at 9:45 p.m. and return to Beaver by 10:30/10:45 p.m.

Dress
Prom is the most formal event of the year. There are no specific rules; all students attending prom should wear what makes them feel their best!

Hotel policy
All small bags and purses being brought into the prom ballroom are subject to search by a security officer.

Policies & expectations
This is a school-sponsored event. It’s your prom; it’s a special event you’ve looked forward to and we want everyone to have access to a fun and safe event. We expect students will respect our community and act in agreement with the rules and expectations we have of you when you are on campus, and be respectful of our venue. In any situation where these rules and expectations are not respected, chaperones will alert families to pick up their students.
