Announcements

✨ Sophie Herbstman ’30 recapped yesterday’s Hiatt Leadership Institute. “We learned about what happens when we face situations, in real life or online, where the truth is manipulated. We learned to stay aware and question content. We also discussed how the truth is manipulated for political purposes or to dehumanize other people. One highlight was the spectrum game, where we said whether we would trust what someone said or fact-check it. Something that I reflected on more is how people might benefit from spreading misinformation.”

The next Institute is Monday, December 15.
