Upper School Weekly Wrap-Up: 6.10.22

Here is a short wrap-up from this past week—June 6 through June 10 —in the Upper School. This is the final Wrap-Up for the 2021-2022 school year.


Monday in US Advisory, students were informed about A Damn Good Read! This year, Beaver will be offering an opt-in community reading experience. Students who elect to participate will choose one or more texts from our list to read over the summer and partake in student-led discussions in September 2022.

There was also the US Choreography Foundations Spring Showcase.


Tuesday was the last day of clubs for the 2021-2022 school year. Click here for an overview of all the clubs we covered on the blog. Also, check out the highlights on instagram to hear from the students.

NuVu students presented their spring final exhibit to end the school year.

In the evening was the Junior/Senior Prom at Granite Links golf club.

On Wednesday, students had their final US Advisory of the 2021-2022 school year. Advisors and students used this final advisory agenda to connect and reflect on the year with their group.


On Thursday was the Commencement Rehearsal.

After that we had Cum Laude and US Award Assembly in the gym to highlight student achievements.

Students ended their last day of school with some BBQ for lunch and Yearbook Distribution on the Cohn Terrace.
