Isabella Busnach ’26 and Emme Cohen ’26 presented takes time for mindful breaks.

“During science class, we have a mindful moment, and it’s a very nice break to reset and feel focused at the beginning of every class. If you’re feeling distracted it’s always okay to take a quick break to help you do your best work and to keep your brain focused. You can apply mindful breaks to your everyday life, to improve your focus and well-being.”
