It’s (almost) time to celebrate!
We know there are a lot of things happening in a very short timeframe from mid-May to early June so we created this post for you as a reference.
Below, you’ll find more details about upcoming events. (Oh and don’t worry: you’ll also be getting plenty of emails with even more event-specific details and to RSVP!)
A quick note about dress code: Beaver does not have a dress code, and we do not share dress code requirements or suggestions for events. How students dress for any Beaver event is a family decision.
2025 Spring Senior Events
Get excited; we have a lot planned to celebrate the Class of 2025! Below you’ll see a snapshot of which dates to save; more details about each and every single one of these events will be emailed to students and parents/caregivers throughout the spring.

Prom

Where: The Exchange Conference Center
When: 7 to 10 p.m.*
Who: An event for juniors and seniors!

May
Senior Art Show
May 1
Where: Griffin Gallery at Beaver
When: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
An exhibit featuring the works of seniors in the Senior Studio class.
Senior Send-Off
May 9
When: 10:05 to 10:45 a.m.
Where: Beaver!
Who: This is a student-only event
A favorite Beaver tradition, this event celebrates seniors during US Meeting on their last day of classes, and includes faculty speakers and a special surprise from our Middle School students.
Senior Experience
May 12-30
The Senior Experience serves as a conclusion to the Upper School years for Beaver students. It is an opportunity for students to further explore passions and interests, discover a career, design a project, or delve deeper into community service. Read more.
Parent/Caregiver-Student-Advisor Conferences
May 19
When: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where: In-person at Beaver
Who: Parents & Students
Say your goodbyes! This is an opportunity for students, parents/caregivers, and BVR advisors to connect one final time. Think of it as an exit interview that is led by the students. Advisors will also share feedback from teachers from the spring term. For questions about conferences, email the Registrar’s Office.
Aaron Hoffman '93 Memorial Softball Game and Senior Celebration
May 22
When: 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Where: Lower Field
Who: Seniors & Faculty
Batter up! Seniors vs. faculty/staff will take the field in this fun event remembering a Beaver alum from 1993. After the game, seniors are invited to join faculty and staff for food trucks, yard games, and more celebrations. For questions about Aaron Hoffman Memorial Softball game, email Katie Shore.
Learning By Doing Showcase
May 27
When: 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. (5:00 p.m. presenter setup time)
Where: Research Level
Who: This event is open to the public; parents/caregivers will receive an email from Kader Adjout if their student is presenting.
Students who completed a Student-Directed Project (SDP) have the opportunity to share their work with the community.
June
Red Sox Game
June 2
When: 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Where: Fenway Park
Who: Seniors & Faculty
Each year the senior class is invited to attend the Red Sox game as a class (no promises you’ll end up on the Jumbotron, though!)
Senior Workshops
June 2 & 3
Where: Beaver
Who: Seniors

Senior Night: A Reception for Seniors & Parents
June 4
When: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Where: Front Circle & Bradley Hall
Who: Seniors & Parents/Caregivers
This is a celebratory evening for seniors and their parents/caregivers, and it features the senior class video, faculty speaker, and a few other surprises!
Commencement Rehearsal
June 5
When: 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Where: Gym A
Who: Seniors
A required walk-through of the big day (!).
US Awards Ceremony
June 5
When: 11:30 to 12:15 p.m.
Where: Gym A
Who: Seniors (If your student is receiving an award, we will email you a few days before so that you can attend—but please no spoilers!)
Department and school-wide award ceremony—and the final hurrah before Commencement!
COMMENCEMENT! 
June 6
When: 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. (students must arrive on-campus by 1:30 p.m.)
Where: Gym A
Who: The Class of 2025!
And just like that, it’s a wrap on high school! Following the ceremony, families can join us on the Bloomberg Plaza for a reception.
