Parent Association

The Beaver Parent Association (BVR PA) works closely with BVR administration to foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive community for all Beaver families. Every Beaver parent and caregiver is a member of the BVR PA.

The BVR PA partners with school administrators to host informative and interesting education events throughout the year. In addition, the BVR PA hosts social events to provide opportunities for parents and caregivers to get to know each other in festive, informal settings.

Throughout the year, in addition to emails from the BVR PA, you can also expect to hear from your BVR Grade Representatives. They will share event invitations, volunteer opportunities, and programming notes.

We value harnessing the ideas, passion, and talents of parents and caregivers in our school community and invite you to contact us to discuss how you might be involved in a way you find meaningful.

No matter how much or how little time you have to give, we welcome your involvement and participation!

Parents’ Independent School Network (PIN)

A Beaver Partnership for Parents/Caregivers

The Parents’ Independent School Network (PIN) is a nonprofit organization that provides education and networking opportunities for parents and caregivers at more than 40 New England-based member schools. All Beaver community members are invited to participate in PIN events throughout the year. Events are held via Zoom and pre-registration is required.

PIN Community Service Awards: Process & Applications

The PIN Community Service Awards submissions process is now underway!

We look forward to hearing about all the service projects undertaken by member schools in the past year. Projects must have occurred—and be completed during—the one-year period between March 31, 2025 and March 31, 2026.

  • Applications Deadline: April 3, 2026 (end of day)
  • Award Winners Notification: Late April 2026.
  • Virtual Award Ceremony: May 7 at 12 p.m. via Zoom.

All applications are submitted through a Google Form (linked below); each project should have its own application.
