I always have liked being in a school environment (yes, I am that guy), that’s probably where I grew up and learned the most. I have been lucky to be a student in some amazing places -be it my public school in France, at the University of Paris, or at the University of Cambridge, where I have been able to focus on my passions: International Relations and Education. I have taught in diverse settings in France, England, and Spain before coming to the U.S. At Beaver, I have worked in the Language department, have been head of the Global History department, before becoming the Director of the Upper School. I am now the Director of Teaching, Learning, and Innovation, working with faculty on what and how we teach so that our students have a wonderful, engaging, in-depth learning experience. And every time, I had the pleasure to work with a great, dedicated faculty, in a place where kids enjoy learning.
