To honor Veteran’s Day, middle school students participated in an optional advisory activity where they penned letters to soldiers. The letters, which contained messages of gratitude, admiration, and celebration, will be delivered to active-duty soldiers in Germany.

The activity was inspired by science teacher Kristina Klammer, whose sister is currently a corporal in the Army. Each letter will be delivered to Ms. Klammer’s sister and distributed around her base.
