A few store FAQs
Will there still be on-campus pop-up shops and team stores?
Yes—Student Council and the Parent Association will continue to have pop-up shops throughout the year at special events. They will sell curated, limited-edition swag at these shops; the online store is the best place to purchase your basic Beaver gear.
Athletic team stores will continue to run as they have been.
What’s the refund and return policy?
We are using a third-party online store builder—SquardLocker—to sell our gear. Their refund and return policy states: Customized items have been made specifically for you. For this reason, customized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or decoration.
If you have any questions about refunds or returns, contact SquadLocker’s Customer Experience Team with your order number handy. Please note: Beaver is not responsible for any returns or refunds.
How long will it take to get an order?
These are custom items so while we all would love to be like Amazon and get them in your hands in two days or less, the reality is it takes time to produce each product. In addition, due to recent disruptions in the supply chain, things just take a bit longer.
SquadLocker offers three methods of shipping: Standard, Ground, and Express. Standard shipping has an estimated delivery of 5-10 business days after leaving the warehouse; Ground has an estimated time of 3-5 business days; and Express has an estimated time of 2-3 business days after leaving the warehouse. Please note: this is in addition to the 5 to 10 days needed for the production of the item.
Who do I contact with questions about my order?
SquadLocker! They have fantastic customer service and you can get in touch with them in three different ways.
Where can I find the link to the School Store?
You can always find the link to the School Store right on our website under “The People” then “The DAM Store”.
