Seeking Student Internship Opportunities

Posted on February 6, 2014

Each spring, as the culmination of their Beaver experience, our seniors have the opportunity to work off-campus at an internship, with the exception of a few students who design their own projects. This year, the senior internship period will last from May 5 to May 30. Students will commit to 20-30 unpaid hours per week (depending on if they are involved in the Spring Musical or athletics) for their senior internship, returning to campus for a short period each Friday.

This experience is invaluable to our seniors, many of which have never experienced the professional world firsthand. Many parents and alumni have already come forward with internship opportunities to offer to our students this May, however more opportunities are still needed. You can help a Beaver senior achieve their goal of a real-world educational experience by offering an internship opportunity within your organization or business this spring.

If you, or someone you know well, can host a student volunteer or intern during this year’s project period, please click this link to provide us with a bit more information. We will follow up with you to make sure our expectations for student-interns match your expectations as a host. Thank you for sharing any opportunities you can offer our seniors this spring!
