SDP Highlight: “Solidarity Confinement” by Brody VanDernoot

Brody VanDernoot ’26 had a clear motive when constructing a photo booth for his Student Directed Project: to inspire authenticity. Brody envisions his creation as an opportunity for students to escape from the outside world and lean into joy. By placing the photo booth in the Victoria Griffin Gallery, Brody hopes that students take the time to stop by, take pictures, and leave their mark on his work.
