The Beaver Leader Summit brings students together to develop their leadership skills and facilitate a conversation about what it means to be a leader at Beaver. The event consists of a series of workshops. Below you will find details on each workshop offered.
PRACTICAL LEADERSHIP @BEAVER
Learn about different leadership skills and work in groups to discuss leadership obstacles and brainstorm methods for effective leadership.

Answer questions to assess your personal leadership style and explore the psychology of leadership to better understand your type of leadership and how to lead effectively.

TRANSITIONING TO LEADERSHIP BEYOND BEAVER
A panel of speakers discuss how they have used leadership skills in their careers. This workshop is an interactive conversation with the panel.
