Varsity Boys Lacrosse Top Concord Academy

Concord:

Friday afternoon was a great day for the Beaver Lacrosse program.  Not only did the team beat Concord Academy 15-8 for the second time this season but in doing so clinched a winning record on the season.  Concord played well in the opening minutes and was leading 3-2 after the first quarter.  Beaver’s offense and defense found its rhythm in the second quarter finding the back of the cage with 8 goals while preventing Concord from scoring.  The home team was able to control the ball on the offensive end of the field for the majority of the second half securing the victory.  Junior long pole, John Mamon, played a tremendous game and got his first varsity points on two great assists on long full field clears.
