The Beaver lacrosse program faced off against a good Pingree team that has given them trouble for years.

At the end of the first quarter the scoreboard read 2-0 in favor of Pingree but Beaver was playing very well, just could not capitalize on several scoring opportunities.  Beaver then spent the next quarter playing primarily “man down” and allowed several consecutive goals putting them in a deep hole that was very difficult to get out of.  The second half began with a couple of Beaver goals by Neddy Beckwith and Oliver Hunt, yet Pingree matched Beaver’s best efforts.  Kyle Proman and Charlie Segar rounded out the scoring for Beaver, unfortunately ending the day with a 14-4 loss.
