Penn, Moor, and Brown Earn Athletics Accolades

Nicole Penn ’11 (girls’ varsity tennis), T.J. Moor ’12 (boys’ varsity tennis), and Nat Brown ’15 (MS boys’ lacrosse) are the latest Athletic Accolades recipients.

“Nicole Penn has shown this week how much of a leader she can be on and off the court,” says girls’ tennis coach Jovan Jordan-Whitter. “Her aggression on court and her leadership off court has permeated throughout the entire team. This week I have been truly impressed by her improvement in her approach, and tennis skill.”

“T.J. Moor has led the team from the 1st Singles position this season,” says boys’ tennis coach Pauri Pandian. “Undefeated in league play, T.J. sets a great example with his tenacity on court. He never believes there is a ball he can’t get back in play, a point he can’t win, and a team he can’t beat.”

“Nat Brown leads the lacrosse team in both goals and assists with 15 and 10 respectively,” raves coach Josh Rosenthal. “He is often our most dominate player of the field, and our most driven player on the practice field. His positive attitude and intense play picks his teammates up in games and in practice. He is a vital part of our team and is more than deserving of an athletic accolade.”
