Journey of an Album - Beaver Country Day School

After previously exploring the science of sound during an SDP focused on timbre—the unique sound each instrument produces—Miles continued his inquiry into music by completing an SDP centered around creating an album. Miles learned how to use an audio software to recreate his own instruments and manipulate volume, texture, and effects. This software enabled him to make a series of songs, which he packaged and released as an album entitled East Branch.

I enjoyed this project because I was genuinely interested in the topic and it was something I would be able to utilize for myself in the future.
