Bio
Conor brings nearly 20 years of experience to working on issues at the intersection of U.S. foreign policy, international economics, and global development. He is currently a non-resident fellow at the Center for Global Development. Prior to that he served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Before the government, he was a senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and worked in global aid advocacy. Conor has frequently consulted with U.S. government agencies, NGOs and other implementing partners, and the private sector on evolving trends in global development and other issues related to U.S. foreign assistance.
