Bio

Conor brings over 15 years of experience working on issues at the intersection of U.S. foreign policy and global development. He currently serves as a Senior Policy Advisor at USAID (U.S. Agency for International Development). Prior to USAID, he was a senior fellow with the Project on Prosperity and Development (PPD) at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC. In addition to his work at CSIS, he has frequently consulted with U.S. government agencies, NGOs, other implementing partners, and the private sector on evolving trends in global development and other issues related to U.S. foreign assistance.
