Serenity Mingoes ’27
In addition to being a member of the Student Council Executive Board, Serenity is an admissions ambassador and an active member of the Black Student Union club. In those roles, she enjoys being able to connect with students and find common interest in making students feel like they belong. Serenity also plays both tennis and volleyball, balancing academics and leadership with her commitment to her teams. Outside of the Beaver community, Serenity volunteers at Boston Medical Center. At the hospital, she supports community health efforts with younger patients and deepens her interest in medicine.

Jenna Larson
Jenna serves as an Upper School teacher and Department Chair of the Global History and Social Sciences Department. She’s an avid pedestrian, enthusiastic urban dweller, and her professional goals include getting her students library cards to use physical books from the Boston Public Library for their research. When not at Beaver, Jenna is with her partner and her two young kids (4 and 2 years old), often laughing at the silly things her kids say, celebrating their successes, and repeating herself 3000+ times. She also loves to laugh, read (shocking!), re-watch The Office, and hang out with family and friends.

Charleah Torres-Vega serves as Parent Association Chair, bringing a strong commitment to family engagement, student achievement, and inclusive community building. She is a health and wellness expert, litigation paralegal, award-winning speaker, and purpose-driven entrepreneur who advocates for women’s empowerment, obesity awareness, and healthcare equity. Her 100-pound weight loss journey—featured in USA Today and a global documentary—has inspired many. Charleah is a guest speaker at Harvard Medical School and contributed to historic accomplishments in the legal field. A devoted wife of 21 years and mother of four, she leads with compassion, purpose, and vision.

Raven Rankine ’12
Raven is the Senior Director of Client Experience & DEIB Services at The Nebo Company, where she partners with C-suite executives to deliver transformative leadership programs and strategic consulting. She is also the founder and president of Lady Saddlers Club, an equestrian community for professional women committed to fostering community and elevating representation in the equestrian world. A proud graduate of Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, Raven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing, as well as an Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Georgetown University. Raven resides in Atlanta, Georgia, and enjoys traveling and horseback riding.

Jason is a Senior Advisor at CVC Capital, a global private equity firm where he served as co-head of the US technology team and on the Growth Fund Investment Committee. He also currently serves as an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School. Prior to CVC, he worked at Summit Partners, General Catalyst Partners, America Online, and Deutsche Bank. Jason graduated summa cum laude from James Madison University and with distinction from Harvard Business School.
He lives in Brookline with his wife, Astrid, and their three children. Jason enjoys a variety of activities, including skiing, golf, and open-water swimming. Recently, he completed the Ederle-Burke swim, a 16-mile journey from Battery Park to Sandy Hook in New Jersey.

Patrick has held senior leadership positions in retail banking across a range of global and regional financial services companies. He most recently served as Head of Consumer and Business Banking at Santander, where he was responsible for leading a team of 3,000 employees and managing the $1.6B retail banking business in the U.S. Prior to that, Patrick served as executive vice president at KeyBank. Over his career in financial services, Patrick has held a variety of leadership positions at Bank of America, Wells Farg,o and Capital One. Previously, he also worked in Accenture’s strategy practice servicing clients globally. Patrick received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in IT Management from the University of Virginia, and a BS in Finance from Tuskegee University. Patrick serves on the boards of Boston Medical Center and BECU, the nation’s fourth largest credit union.

Rachel has a Master’s Degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy. She has been deeply involved in the school community at numerous levels in Dover, MA. She held leadership roles in Curriculum Enrichment, Grants, and School Guidance. Rachel was elected to serve on the Dover School Committee and held a lead role in the search process for a new Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent. More recently, she worked with the committee members, Superintendent, teachers, lawyers, and community members to successfully negotiate teacher contracts as a member of the Executive Committee of the Dover Sherborn Joint Teacher Contract Negotiation Subcommittee.

Kate has been a teacher for 10 years and serves as a member of the Beaver Math Department. When not at Beaver, you can find her scoping out new cafes with her two children or watching the Celtics.
