Berlin, 1929. In the final years of the Weimar Republic, the city is alive with artistic innovation, provocative nightlife, and boundless possibility, even as the shadows of political extremism begin to emerge. When struggling American writer Cliff Bradshaw arrives in the city seeking inspiration, he is swept into the orbit of the magnetic Sally Bowles and the intoxicating world of the Kit Kat Klub, where the enigmatic Emcee invites audiences to lose themselves in a glittering escape from the changing world outside.
Winner of multiple Tony Awards, Cabaret is a deeply human and profoundly relevant story, reminding us that while history unfolds in the background of everyday life, the choices we make—and the voices we choose to hear or ignore—can shape the future.
