It was another loud performance from Beaver fencing at the 2012 State Fencing Championships. The men’s team took 3rd place overall, and the women took 8th. 

Capping off a terrific senior season, captian William Harrington ’12 finished first in Men’s Sabre. With a 5-4 win over his BUA rival, Will clinched the Gold Medal. In Men’s Foil, Cameron Mayer ’15 took the Silver Medal and captain Omari Spears ’12 was 5th overall. Joe Randles ’12 placed 8th in the state in Men’s Epee. Sophomore Emma Lynch ’14 competed her way to the semi-final round and earned a 10th place finish overall.
