This weekend Beaver’s best competed in the New England Championships hosted by Northfield Mount Hermon. Our three qualifiers, Tyler Kavoogian, Josh Berland, and Tyler Myrick all competed against the strongest competition they had seen all season and represented Beaver with pride and integrity.

Tyler Myrick defeated two of his opponents at the tournament, and had the only pin on the team, but was eliminated the match before placing. Josh Berland wrestled a great tournament, with a record of 4-2 and placing 7th overall in New England.

Josh Berland has qualified for the National Prep Wrestling Championships hosted at Lehigh University. Congratulations to Josh and to the rest of the Beaver team for a great season. OFF TO NATIONALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
