The girls played with heart against the tough serves of Concord Academy. After a slow start, they built their confidence and began to make solid passes. By game 2, Beaver girls pushed from behind making several bump, set, spike combinations. Sammy White led a strong offense as setter with Charlotte Francis getting kills. Unfortunately, they didn’t close it and lost 28-26.
