University of Florida bound senior ace John Magliozzi toed the slab for the Dexter School and he proved too much for the Beaver 9 in a non-league, cross town showdown against the highest rated high school team in the state.
With the loss, Beaver falls to 4-3 overall, 4-1 in Eastern Independent League play. They return to action on Friday the 29th of April on the diamond on Upper Field against the southern most member school of the EIL, Portsmouth Abbey. First pitch for that league contest is scheduled for 5:15.
