Kit Beaudouin ’72, director of community engagement for the Hiatt Center of Social Justice Education, was recognized by the Boston Center for Community and Justice (BCCJ) for her work creating school-community partnerships at a special alumni homecoming awards event on February 10. Kit was one of four Lead Boston alumni honored this year.

Kit was invited to be a panelist at a service breakfast for educators and nonprofit administrators sponsored by TeenLife Boston on February 11. Kit’s article on “Making the Most of a Teen Community Service Project” was featured in TeenLife’s 2011 Guide to Community Service in Boston.

In April Kit will present at the National Service Learning Conference in Atlanta.
