We mourn the death of Jeremiah “Jerry” McCarthy, a member of Beaver’s science faculty from 1973-1999. Jerry passed away on Nov. 29 at the age of 73, following a long illness. We send condolences to his wife of 38 years, Jean, and to his large extended family. A service will be held on Sat., Dec. 4 at 11 AM at Christ Episcopal in Needham.
